CollectibleIQ is a portfolio tracking and organizational tool. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All calculations, valuations, and reports are provided for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for tax-related decisions.
1. Service Description
CollectibleIQ provides a web-based platform for tracking sports card collections, recording transactions, calculating cost basis and profit/loss, and generating reports. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Billing Terms
Free accounts have no cost. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The CollectibleIQ platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CollectibleIQ. Your collection data remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, CollectibleIQ does not guarantee the correctness of any calculations, including cost basis, profit/loss, tax estimates, or valuations. Data you enter determines the output. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete input.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollectibleIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
